Golden Pond RV Park

Golden Pond RV Park
Ultimate Resort

In the Ozark Mountains of Arkansas, Golden Pond RV Park is surrounded by hardwood trees and one of the oldest mountain ranges in North America. A perfect example of the beautiful terrain can be found just three miles away at the Greers Ferry Dam and Lake.

A part of the White River Basin power and flood control project, the lake has more than 40,000 acres of water surface for all kinds of water activities. It is the home of the world record catches of walleye and hybrid fish. Hikers and nature lovers will enjoy the trails on Sugar Loaf Mountain in the middle of the Greers Ferry Lake that features a full-service marina.

Visitors to this park can also play golf at Fairfield Bay’s Mountain Ranch Golf Course (rated #1 in Arkansas).

The Little Red River, just two miles to the north of the resort, is perfect for fishing and rafting.

Thirty miles to the north of the resort is Mountain View, one of the most active crossroads in the Ozarks. The existing mountain culture is depicted by the crafts, music, and dance at the Ozark Folk Center. Nearby, a variety of cave formations and a cave stream can be seen along the water-carved passages of the Blanchard Springs Caverns.

A two-hour drive to the north of the resort is Eureka Springs, home of the waters with alleged medicinal powers. Pumping several million gallons of water each day, one of the largest natural springs in the Ozarks is located at the Eureka Springs Gardens.

Amenities: The resort has an equipped pavilion, outdoor pool and deck, premium hot tub, picnic area, horseshoes, pond, pond fishing, and hiking trails. Nearby there is a golf course, 40,000 acre lake, horseback riding and the Little Red River. Dump station.
